Learn about prairies at free Geneva lecture

Learn about Illinois’ prairie ecosystems at a free lecture at 2 p.m. June 28 at the Geneva Public Library, 227 S. Seventh St., Geneva.

A naturalist from Peck Farm Park will talk about common characteristics, plants and animals, and methods that land use managers use to preserve prairie landscapes.
