Geneva church to host 69th annual Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast

United Methodist Church of Geneva is hosting another Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast, marking its 69th year of providing hot pancakes and sausage for the local community.

The church will open its parking lot to hundreds of pancake lovers, offering all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, coffee, juice and milk to all ages from 7 to 11 a.m. Monday, May 26. It will be held rain or shine. The proceeds from the breakfast will be donated to charities.

“There’s something special that happens when a shared meal turns into a shared mission,” said Pastor Rob Hamilton of The United Methodist Church of Geneva.

“Our annual pancake breakfast is more than a community tradition — it’s an expression of our calling to serve. I am proud that every dollar of profit goes directly to support organizations making a difference locally and beyond,” Pastor Hamilton said. “I’ll be there flipping pancakes and living out what it means to be the church in action.”

Ticket prices for those 13 or older will be $10 or $5 for children, age 3 to 12. Those under 3 eat for free.
