Downtown Palatine railroad crossing closed until Thursday
The railroad crossing at Brockway Street in downtown Palatine will be closed until 5 p.m. Thursday as the Union Pacific Railroad performs an emergency track repair.
A detour route will be posted directing traffic to use Palatine Road, Smith Street, and Wood Street.
