Stacy’s Tavern Museum to undergo repairs
The Glen Ellyn Historical Society has announced that Stacy's Tavern Museum is closed to the public for repairs.
The historical society operates the museum, a restored 1840s-era inn near the modern-day Five Corners intersection of St. Charles and Geneva roads and Main Street. Stacy’s Tavern is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The museum is expected to reopen later in the summer after the repairs are complete.
The free Glen Ellyn Vintage Auto Fest is still scheduled to be held on the grounds on Saturday, June 7.
