Photographic memorial comes to Rolling Meadows

The Remembering Our Fallen national photographic memorial is coming to Rolling Meadows May 16-18.

Remembering Our Fallen is a photographic tribute to the 4,968 U.S. military service members who died in the service of The United States from Sept. 11, 2001, to Aug. 30, 2021.

Hosted by the Rolling Meadows Veterans Committee and the City of Rolling Meadows, the memorial will be at Veterans Memorial Bell Tower, at 3350 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows. An opening ceremony will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, May 16. An invocation will be held at 7 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 17 and 18. There will also be a ceremony at 4 p.m. Saturday and a closing ceremony at 2 p.m. Sunday. The memorial will be open until 7 p.m. each day.
