Inhumane policy

America has lost its humanity. Lost in the back-and-forth comments around immigrants not having due process is the issue of where they are being sent. We are shipping human beings to the equivalent of a gulag. You know what they do to political prisoners in Russia. We are paying a country to hold them in deplorable conditions with the understanding that they may die. Let that sink in for a second. This from the country that has written on the Statue of Liberty, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.”
