Des Plaines Public Library displaying work of local artist
An exhibition of oil paintings by Des Plaines Art Guild member Bill Pagan has opened at the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood St.
The pieces can be viewed on the library’s third floor. Admission is free.
The exhibition will run through May.
