EnVogue Med & Wellness, a provider of concierge-style primary care and medical weight management services in Schaumburg, has announced that it will be closing its doors permanently on May 20, 2025.

Since its establishment, the practice has been dedicated to offering personalized care and innovative solutions to improve the health and well-being of its patients. The decision to close comes after careful consideration of operational challenges and evolving healthcare dynamics.
