Nonverbal man missing in Wheeling

A Wheeling man who doesn’t speak and has medical issues is missing, authorities said.

Joon Y. Lee, 45, last was seen at his home on Park Avenue at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

He’s 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 110 pounds and has black hair in a buzz cut. He was last seen wearing a green hat, a gray sweater, blue jeans and blue shoes, police reported.

Specific information about his medical condition wasn’t available.

Wheeling police on Thursday were planning to use rescue dogs in the search.
