Gather25 to join local Christians in 25-hour event

On Feb. 28-March 1, join Gather25, a 25-hour worldwide event that unites Christ followers from diverse denominations in worship, prayer, and mission.

This is an opportunity for the greater Fox Valley Christian community to come together to hear the testimonies and see the miracles God that is doing locally and globally.

It is a call to reignite passion, strengthen unity, and spark transformation that will resonate in both local and global communities.

Stop by for one hour or stay for the whole thing. It will begin at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, and continue through 8 p.m. Saturday, March 1, at the Arcada Theatre, 105 E. Main St., St. Charles. Christ followers of all ages and denominations who follow the Nicene Creed or Apostles' Creed are invited to participate.

Key highlights include:

• A worship and prayer led by renowned Christian artists such as Matt Maher, Matt Redman, Kari Jobe Carnes, Cody Carnes and Tasha Cobbs Leonard.

• Inspiring messages and testimonies from influential leaders, including Jennie Allen, Priscilla Shirer, Francis Chan, Louie Giglio and Sadie Robertson Huff.

• A special focus on the underground Church, raising awareness of global persecution and sharing untold stories of faith in the face of adversity.

Real-time translations in all major languages will allow believers from every continent to engage simultaneously.
