Chicago’s biggest St. Patrick’s Day Celebration returns to the Irish American Heritage Center

Get ready for everyone’s favorite green celebration to return with the Irish American Heritage Center’s St. Patrick’s Day Fest on Saturday, March 15, and their St. Patrick’s Day celebration on Monday, March 17. It’s a jam-packed weekend of Irish culture, music, dance and festivities.

The two-day event, held on Saturday, March 15, and Monday, March 17, will feature a lineup of live music performances, Irish dance showcases, delicious food, and traditional Irish drinks. Guests can enjoy the sounds of renowned Irish musicians, energetic dance performances from top area Irish dance schools, and March favorites the Shannon Rovers Bagpipers.

Saturday, March 15: Live Music and Dance Lineup

Kick-starting the festivities, Saturday will be filled with performances from talented Irish bands, folk groups, and dance troupes.

Music Performances

• 1 p.m.: Fiddle in the Middle

• 2 p.m.: Chicago Irish Singers

• 3 p.m.: Tim O’Shea Group

• 5 p.m.: Shannon Rovers

• 6:30 p.m.: One of the Girls (in the Erin Room)

• 7:30 p.m.: Joyce Boys

• 9 p.m.: Whiskey Mick

Irish Dance Schools

• 1:30 p.m.: O’Hara School

• 2:15 p.m.: McNulty Irish Dancers

• 3 p.m.: Saol Academy

• 3:45 p.m.: Trinity Academy

• 4:30 p.m.: Mullane Godley

• 5:15 p.m.: Fitzpatrick School

• 6 p.m.: Hogan Irish Dance School

Monday, March 17: St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations

The fun continues on St. Patrick’s Day, where revelers can enjoy even more live performances in a lively, festive atmosphere.

Music Performances

• 4 p.m.: The Chancy Brothers

• 6:30 p.m.: Lagram’s Way

• 8:30 p.m.: Without U2

Tickets for Saturday, March 15, are $15 in advance, $20 at the door (Children 12 and under are free). Tickets for Monday, March 17, are $10 at the door (Children 12 and younger are free).

The Irish American Heritage Center is at 4626 North Knox Avenue in Chicago and has two parking lots for free parking.
