Sad response to tragedy
Trump is a disgrace. Less than 24 hours after the Washington, D.C., plane-helicopter collision, he immediately began declaring the cause of the accident, blaming it on former Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg and Biden even though an investigation into its cause was only hours old so we had no clear facts. This has always been Trump’s playbook, meaning to immediately distract and point elsewhere. When he does this as commander in chief, he fails in his commitment to America by putting self before country, which specific to this tragedy, distracts and maybe even prevents the true cause(s) from being found, making air travel less safe for all of us. Let that sink in for a moment, Trump supporters.
