Inconsistency on overturned decisions

I find it concerning that Daily Herald’s syndicated columnist Keith Raffel has many issues about the Supreme Court and their recent decisions overturning previous decisions, especially Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

Given this train of thought, I am curious as to what his reaction is for the overturning of Plessy v. Ferguson?

If he is to remain consistent with his beliefs, I am certain he must be outraged with that decision.
