PHS Pirate Boosters host 40th annual dinner and auction fundraiser
Members of the community are invited to attend the 40th annual Palatine High School Pirate Boosters Dinner and Auction event on Friday, March 14.
The event is once again being held at Cotillion Banquets, 360 S. Creekside Drive in Palatine.
This year’s event co-chairs Jennie Lussow and Tami Johnson are leading a team of dozens of volunteers who are helping with planning, donations, marketing, and event logistics to raise funds for the students of Palatine High School.
The dinner auction is one of the main fundraisers of the PHS Pirate Boosters. Funds raised support a variety of mini grants that are donated annually to the departments, clubs and organizations at Palatine High School. In addition, funds support scholarships for graduating seniors looking to further their education.
Palatine Pirate fans, ages 21 and up, are invited to wear their favorite scarlet and gray gear or Pirate spirit wear to enjoy the silent auction, live auction, Grub Grab, wine pull, open bar, open seating, and more.
A few changes attendees will notice this year include open seating and plated meals, including Athenian chicken and roast beef with soup, salad, potato, vegetable and dessert. A vegetarian option will also be available.
While open seating is an option this year, tables for 10-12 people can also be requested following ticket purchase.
Early bird pricing is offered through Jan. 10, 2025 for $75 per person. Regular pricing of $85 begins on Jan. 11.
Sponsorships are also available, offering a variety of levels of marketing exposure including print and digital opportunities.
