Local P.E.O. chapter raises funds for women’s education through Puzzlepalooza

P.E.O. Chapter HN of Arlington Heights is sponsoring its third annual Puzzlepalooza on Sunday, Jan. 19, from 2 to 5 p.m., in the Rowley Center at St. Thomas of Villanova, 1201 E. Anderson Drive in Palatine. All proceeds go to scholarships for women.

P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization) has been celebrating women helping women reach for their dreams for more than 150 years.

Through membership the P.E.O. Sisterhood has brought more than half a million women in the U.S. and Canada together who are passionate about helping women advance through education while supporting and motivating them.

Puzzlepalooza is one of Chapter HN’s fundraisers to support these efforts. If you enjoy putting puzzles together, this activity is for you. Join in a fun afternoon of friendly competition to see who can put a 500-piece puzzle together the fastest. No pressure!

Prizes are awarded to the top finishers. The cost is $100 per table of four. A wine pull and bake sale are also available.
