Fremd 77, Burlington Central 30: Ella Todd was ready for the 9 a.m. start at Montini. The senior poured in 15 of her game-high 29 points in the first quarter as the Vikings rolled to a 20-5 advantage. Ellie Thompson added 11 points while Nicole Wulfram had 9 points and Greta Thompson 8 points. Burlington Central (3-8) was led by Audrey Lafleur, who had 11 points.

Carmel 44, Rolling Meadows 43: Carmel (6-8) upended the Mustangs behind Josie Hartman, who had 14 points along with Maliyah Mays and Maia Cordova, who each had 8 points. Rolling Meadows (9-3) was led by Abby Ramel, who had 18 points and 11 rebounds, Dalia Grandberry (7 points) and Nell Osterhues (7 points).

Palatine 65, Jacobs 14: Palatine (7-6) bolted to a 37-6 halftime advantage and cruised past Jacobs (3-8). Molly Peipert led Palatine with 17 points, Elise Martino and Liana Ang both had 11 and Addy Dersnah added 10 points.
Hinsdale Central 54, Elk Grove 16: Hinsdale Central (8-4) vaulted to a 37-6 halftime lead and rolled past the Grenadiers (1-13). Samantha Cherry and Emily Fiorito each had four points for Elk Grove.
Bartlett 40, Schaumburg 38: Bartlett (3-10) beat Schaumburg (4-7) to avenge a 37-36 loss to open the season.
