Libertyville announces business excellence honorees
In recognition of their extraordinary contributions to the Libertyville community and economy, 15 businesses were recognized by the Economic Development Commission at the second annual Business Excellence Breakfast held Nov. 20.
“The commission established this program to honor the outstanding achievements of the Libertyville business community,” Chairman John Cortesi said. “The selected businesses exemplify the hard work, creativity, and dedication necessary to thrive in today’s competitive landscape. The nominations highlighted how recipients not only meet customer expectations, but also go above and beyond, making meaningful contributions to the community and enriching the social fabric of our vibrant, thriving village. These businesses are truly the driving force behind our collective success.”
Businesses were selected from nominations submitted by the community last summer. Learn more about the Business Excellence Recognition program at Libertyville.com/BusinessRecognition.
Libertyville Village President Donna Johnson was among the attendees at the awards breakfast.
“I am honored to join the commission in celebrating the outstanding achievements of our honorees and the continued success of our business community,” she said. “The Business Excellence Recognition program plays a vital role in highlighting the exceptional businesses that contribute to making Libertyville a premier destination to live, work, and excel. The program highlights the importance of fostering strong partnerships between the village and local businesses to enhance the economic vitality of our community. Encouraging in-store patronage is a key aspect of this partnership, further supporting economic growth.”
