Alight Solution completes NGA acquisition

LINCOLNSHIRE - Benefits, payroll and cloud solutions provider Alight Solutions said it has completed its acquisition of NGA Human Resources.

Terms of the acquisition were not announced.

Alight officials said the combined organization will bring an new level of technological capabilities, functional expertise and geographic reach across benefits, payroll and HR solutions to its global client base.

"Together, Alight and NGA will change the way organizations think about payroll," said Alight CEO Chris Michalak. "We will innovate faster and bring the best of both companies' cutting-edge products and ideas to our customers to improve the way payroll is delivered and help companies meet these challenges head on."

NGA HR CEO Andy Monshaw will stay on and report to Alight CEO Chris Michalak, as well as it on Alight's executive leadership team.
