Parenting vs. guns

Is there no common sense anymore? Criminals, by definition, won’t abide by laws. The current gun laws already require background checks, licensing and proper storage of weapons. What more can be done? Better enforcement? The problem is that parents aren’t teaching their kids how to handle disappointment and negativity. Thus, the kids believe getting revenge is their only option. Perhaps parenting classes would do more?
