Lovell Federal Health Care Center to hold My VA Health info sessions in Evanston Oct. 15 and 29
NORTH CHICAGO, Ill. – The Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center will host informational sessions about the My VA Health patient portal for Veteran patients and their caregivers from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Oct. 15 and Oct. 29 at the Evanston VA Clinic.
Veterans who manage their Lovell FHCC health care online now use the My VA Health patient portal instead of My HealtheVet. The My VA Health patient portal allows Lovell FHCC Veteran and dual beneficiary patients to refill and renew VA prescriptions, view and cancel VA health appointments, message VA health care teams and access VA health records.
Veterans and their caregivers can also receive support for the My VA Health patient portal by calling the My VA Health Support Line at 888-444-6982. The support line is available 24/7, year-round. In person support is available from 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Friday, at the My VA Health volunteer desk on the first floor of the Lovell FHCC main hospital (3001 Green Bay Rd., North Chicago, Illinois 60064).
