Again, lesser of evils, but different this time

Following the unfortunate theory of lesser of evils, I have voted twice for Donald Trump. Jan. 6, 2021, changed everything.

Trump’s actions on Jan. 6, along with his constant lies, his mocking of our fallen and wounded heroes and handicapped, his disdain for the constitution and the fact that he is now a convicted felon have forced me to follow the dictates of conscience and brain and will never again vote for him.

I would have bitten the bullet and grudgingly voted for Joe Biden. Now, Joe has finally recognized the inevitable and dropped out of the race. Kamala Harris has become his convenient replacement.

Aware of her lack of fiscal responsibility, fearful of her potential performance on the international stage and yearning for Nicki Haley, I will vote for Harris, the lesser of the lesser of evils.
