Indian Trails library board member resigns

An Indian Trails Public Library District trustee has resigned.

Erin Hauck stepped down from the Wheeling-based board effective Aug. 5, citing a new job and personal issues, officials said this week. She joined the board in 2022.

It’ll be up to the remaining trustees to appoint someone to fill her seat until the spring 2025 election. Details on the replacement process are pending.
