Naper Nights to feature Grammy nominee Samantha Fish and a Sparks Fly ‘Era’-inspired show
Naper Nights Concert Series brings Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Samantha Fish, and special “Eras” inspired show by Sparks Fly, to Naper Settlement on Aug. 16-17.
The Naper Nights Summer Concert Series concludes its 2024 season with the sounds of blues-rock powerhouse Samantha Fish on Aug. 16 and a special “Eras” inspired show by Sparks Fly, a Taylor Swift tribute, on Aug. 17.
Samantha Fish will take the Naper Nights stage with her explosive riffs, visceral rhythms, and spine-tingling vocals on Aug. 16 from 8-10 p.m. Samantha Fish's work features and draws from multiple genres, including blues, rock, country, funk, bluegrass, and ballads.
Sparks Fly will perform a tribute to one of the biggest country and pop music sensations of our time, Taylor Swift, on Saturday, Aug. 17, from 8 to 10 p.m.
Returning to Naper Nights for the second year in a row, Sparks Fly will perform a special “Eras” inspired show that will take the crowd on a journey through the various “eras” of Taylor Swift’s music career.
Opening for Samantha Fish on Aug. 16 is Old Shoe, an Americana rock band who will take the stage from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Singing your favorite pop hits, One Night Band will perform from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17.
Both Naper Nights concerts will open the night with local students from the School of Rock playing their favorites on stage from 5 to 5:40 p.m.
Naper Settlement will celebrate the community by offering local eats from a variety of vendors including Billy Bricks, Guzman Y Gomez, John’s Rib House, Calogero's Old World Italian Pizza, Grumpy Gaucho, Ben & Jerry’s, Molly’s Cupcakes, and Hello Boba.
There will be beer selections from Alter Brewing Company, wine selections from Rodney Strong Vineyards, and organic tequila seltzers from Freshie.
A children’s area with activities provided by Pinot’s Palette, Joyful Bubbles, and Chaser’s Laser Tag will also be on site. Each night, all tips collected at the beverage tents benefit a local organization.
Tips on Friday benefit the Kyle Zuleg Foundation, and Saturday’s tips will go to the Naperville American Legion Post 43.
Naper Nights tickets are $20 or $15 for youth, ages 4-12. Members and children under age 4 receive complimentary admission. For more information and tickets, visit NaperNights.org.
