St. Charles Public Library seeks candidates for two board seats
The St. Charles Public Library District has two open seats in the upcoming 2025 Consolidated Election to be held on April 1. The seats are for regular six-year terms which begins in June.
Trustees serve on a volunteer basis and are asked to attend monthly board meetings in addition to occasional committee meetings.
Candidates must be residents of the library district and at least 18 years of age.
Petition packets will be available on Tuesday, Aug. 20, on the library’s website scpld.org or in person at the library, 1 S. Sixth Ave.

Candidate filing will take place at the library between Nov. 12-18, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
