Curb illegal fireworks

How many days are the law enforcement agencies going to allow illegal fireworks?

I have a dog who has been frantic from July 3rd and ongoing. Needless to say, I am sleepless, and trying to keep him from further destruction in his distress.

Fireworks are illegal in Illinois. Arrest them. Fine them. So we can have peace in our homes. If you love fireworks, go to the legal displays then go home. The 4th of July is over. Deal with it.
