The Northwest Fourth-Fest kicked off Wednesday evening at 5333 Prairie Stone Parkway, Hoffman Estates near the Now Arena. The festival continues through Sunday with rides, games, food, fireworks and a parade. Samantha Winkelman/for the Daily Herald
