Chicago Dogs offense torn down in 7-1 loss in Sioux Falls
Following a series-opening victory in extra innings for the Chicago Dogs, the team’s late-night offensive spark failed to carry over into Game 2. The Dogs lost 7-1 to the Sioux Falls Canaries on Wednesday night.
Nick Dalesandro’s hot bat continued into the first inning, getting a hit, then scoring.
Starting pitcher Kenny Serwa lasted six innings, striking out six and letting up three runs.
