Geneva finance department to be closed June 20 for training

The Geneva finance department will be closed Thursday, June 20, as city staff participates in software training.

City utility bill payments can be paid online; sent via U.S. Mail; or deposited in drop boxes (no cash please) located at city hall, the finance department, and both Geneva fire stations. Phone payments can be made by calling the city’s interactive voice response (IVR) system at (877) 875-2709.

Customers can complete an online form if they would like to start or stop utility service.

All other city facilities will be open to the public. The finance department will resume normal business operations Friday, June 21.
