Friends of the Batavia Public Library to hold special priced book sale May 11

At the Friends of the Batavia Public Library's regular used book sale on Saturday, May 11, there will be two special discounts. For the first special deal, all the paperback books that you can fit into a paper bag (provided by the Friends) costs $1. The second deal is four CDs for $1.

All of the other books will be priced at our regular prices.

The Friends' Book Sale will be 9:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the FriendSpace. It is located in the library's lower level, 10 S. Batavia Ave.

Be sure to stock up on books, the Friends will be taking June off from the regular book sale.

Sales will resume on Saturday, July 13.

The Friends of the Batavia Public Library is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that support summer and winter reading programs for all age levels, One Book, One Batavia, the Alphabet Garden, the Margaret Cooper Scholarship for Library pages and other projects to support reading and the library.

Your book donations may be dropped off at the library's front desk for inclusion in future sales.
