Blessings of birds

Thanks for the informative article about the spring bird migration. I downloaded the Merlin ap from the Cornell ornithology lab last week and have been sitting on the patio listening to birds it identifies. I was surprised at the variety it recognized. NowI know why there are so many different birds in the neighborhood — they’re homeward bound to the north. We sure are lucky to be along their path.
