Disappointing priorities

I found it very disappointing that the bill to remove the biased rule that seniors have to take driving tests every year at my age was sent back to committee or some other “kill bill” location, but the House managed to pass and send on to the governor a bill to protect incumbents in uncontested areas in just one day.-
