Wheeling spa changing hands, needs new permit

The Wheeling village board meets Monday to discuss and possibly approve a special use permit for a massage business that is set to be sold, as well as to review other business.

A company called Ocean Health is purchasing Anna’s Sunny Spa, 765-C W. Dundee Road, village documents indicate.

Ocean Health needs a special use permit to operate the spa. Such permits aren’t transferrable to new owners.

The board meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at village hall, 2 Community Blvd.
