Rauner tested on minimum wage

It must really have broken his heart and tested every fiber of Gov. Bruce Rauner's Republican soul to come out with an increase of 25 cents per hour, to boost minimum pay up to $10 an hour in seven years. Wow, what a guy.

Hey, Mr. Governor, button up your vest, your heart may fall out. You'll be accused of having gone over to the Democrat side.
