Ironic sign language

I enjoyed Mr. Franch's guest view on the proliferaton of signs in suburban yards and was reminded that there used to be a resident of our neighborhood who had a banner proclaiming “United We Stand” flying right next to a Confederate battle flag.

Talk about sending mixed messages.
