Prospect Hts. offers dollars for potholes

The city of Prospect Heights is challenging residents to find potholes in local roads, and will award $10 to the first person who alerts the city to one it didn't already know about. Potholes must be at least 6 inches by 6 inches to qualify, and cannot be on state or county highways, since the city does not maintain them. See one?
