Put people in office who know business
I would like to comment on your endorsement of Sen. Dick Durbin. "We're uneasy about a voting record in which he sides with his party 99 percent of the time, according to The Washington Post." We are faced with bigger government, more debt, takeover of our health care, student loans, auto industry woes and the Common Core (start of a national control of our education). President Obama referred to "phony scandals," such as Fast and Furious, abuse of powers by the IRS targeting conservatives, NSA spying, Benghazi and thousands of children crossing our borders.
Dick Durbin stands by this administration.
I question your reporting both sides of an issue. I understand that a majority of your newspaper releases are from The Associated Press. It's time to rid ourselves of career politicians and their families (lobbyists) that are working for the government and not for the people. Time to put successful business people in office.
