Penny Weinberg Art Exhibit at Des Plaines Public Library

Throughout the month of August, monoprints created by artist Penny Weinberg may be viewed at the Des Plaines Public Library's 3rd floor gallery, located at 1501 Ellinwood Street. Penny is an independent artist and teacher and current member of the Des Plaines Art Guild. Her prints capture the spirit of the moment and come to life as though the viewer is with her in that moment.
