No barricade situation in Lombard

Police activity in the 800 block of Foxworth Blvd in Lombard is wrapped up, police dispatchers said.

At 7:30 a.m., the situation was reported to be a barricade subject, however police said there was no barricade taking place and that citizens were never in danger.

Authorities said they could not discuss the situation at this time, but said details would be released later today.
