Discounts at Shedd Aquarium for Illinois residents

On 52 days throughout the year, Illinois residents with a valid ID can receive free general admission or discounted upgraded admission to the Shedd Aquarium.

Three options are available on Illinois resident discount days. Those include free general admission available for on-site purchase, which includes entry to Caribbean Reef, Waters of the World and Amazon Rising. Shedd Pass and Total Experience Pass also are available for discounted prices.
