Hanover Park to host community shred event

Hanover Park will hold a community shred event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at the Hanover Park Community Bank, 1400 Irving Park Road.

Residents are encouraged to bring up to two boxes of paper to shred for free.

The event aims to help protect residents from identity fraud.

Community shred day is a joint effort between State Rep. Michelle Mussman, Hanover Park Community Bank, the Hanover Park Chamber of Commerce and AT&T.
