ABC/25's 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk this Saturday!

Arlington Heights District 25 Families are excited about multi-school and ABC/25 Foundation's "Just Move It Challenge" within all of the district's schools. Saturday, April 21st at 7:45 AM will mark the beginning of the race day where families are encouraged to run or walk either the 5K or the 1 mile race.

On race day, family fun activities will begin at 7:45 in the morning. Promptly at 8:00AM, the 5K will begin for registered participants. The 1 mile run will start at 9:00AM. There will be an awards ceremony at 9:45 with the top 3 male and the top 3 female finishers of the 5K and 1 mile race earning awards.

Prior to race day, the District 25 schools will be racing for the most participation in the event. A trophy will be given to the school with the highest percentage of participants. We're hoping for a great turn-out for this event, so please get on your walking or running shoes and come to South Middle School this Saturday to get in on the action!
