Amusing political picture

Resigning state Rep. Elaine Nekritz lays failure of governance on two-year Gov. Rauner. I was amused by the Daily Herald showing the photo of Nekritz and Madigan posed in front of a portrait of someone who resembles President Lincoln on Saturday, July 22. Nekritz is resigning after about 15 years, and Madigan has been in power since the age of dinosaurs. Politics. What a waste of air.
