Search resumes in S. Indiana creek for missing woman
KOLEEN, Ind. (AP) - Conservation officers have resumed their search for a southern Indiana woman they say accidentally drove her car into a rain-swollen creek Sunday night.
State conservation officer Angela Goldman says crews using boats returned to a Greene County creek and resumed their search for 39-year-old Tania Holloman of Koleen about 8:30 a.m. Monday.
Officials say Holloman called her father about 9:30 p.m. Sunday and told him she had accidentally driven into the flooded near Koleen, a rural community that's about 25 miles southwest of Bloomington.
Conservation officers searched overnight for Holloman but eventually halted that effort after high waters and fast currents hindered their search.
