Homeless have rights, too

This is an open letter to the newly installed St. Charles Public Library security force.

The next time I see any of you harassing a homeless person - the reason I know he was homeless is because I asked him - in front of the main entrance of the St. Charles Public Library, I'm going to videotape, then forward it the U.S. Attorney of Northern Illinois, then you can have a "sit" with them.

Last time I checked, anybody, U.S. citizen or not, has free access to public sidewalks. If you are looking to do something that doesn't violate the U.S. Constitution, try policing the east parking lot, that real estate is a pedestrian nightmare.
