(AP) - The 2015-16 Ohio Valley Conference preseason predicted order of finish for women's basketball as voted on by coaches and sports information directors and released Tuesday with first-place votes in parentheses. Points awarded with 11 for a first-place vote, etc. Coaches and SIDS could not vote for their own program:
