I grew up in Libertyville And know the issues facing our village. I'm not connected to the village board or endorsed by our current or former mayor. I have an extensive background in finance But all in all i'm just a regular guy.What is your opinion of your community's present level of local sales and property taxes? Is the tax just right, too low or too high? Explain.Everyone would like lower taxes And one way to accomplish this Would be by pursuing efficiencies And sharing resources with other Government bodies.Rate the efficiency of your town's police and fire coverage. Are the departments well prepared for the next decade? What, if anything, should be changed? Do you have specific public safety concerns?Both departments are very efficient from a public view.
