Illinois DNR announces 2015 wing shooting clinics
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) - The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is offering 32 wing shooting clinics across the state this year.
The IDNR announced its 2015 schedule on Monday. Most events are scheduled on weekends between March and early November.
The hands-on clinics will help attendees develop skills in shooting birds in flight or clay targets. They're being held at hunting preserves, farms and cooperating gun clubs and shooting ranges.
The schedule includes clinics for youth and more experienced hunters. There's also a class for women.
