Rosemont to be featured on ABC 7 New Year's Eve broadcast

Rosemont's entertainment district will be one of the featured sites on ABC 7's Countdown Chicago 2015 live New Year's Eve broadcast.

For the second consecutive year, Windy City Live hosts Ryan Chiaverini and Val Warner will be stationed at MB Financial Park during the broadcast, which begins at 11:08 p.m.

The park will have a midnight fireworks show, and venues throughout will be hosting balloon drops, live music and champagne toasts. Country-rock group Jacob Martin Band will be headlining at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar.

The park's NHL-sized ice rink will be available for free skating until 1 a.m.
