Palatine townhouse community expansion approved

The expansion of a townhouse community was approved unanimously by the Palatine village council this week.

Lexington Homes, a Palatine-based luxury townhouse and condo company, has the all-clear to build eight new units within two buildings at their Lexington Hills community, 175 E. Lake-Cook Road.

Each unit will be about 2,000 square feet with three bedrooms and include a two-car garage. This will bring Lexington Hills to 54 townhouse units.
