Shoe recycling event in Lincolnshire

The Solid Waste Agency of Lake County is offering a shoe recycling event from April 20 to April 29 at various locations in Lincolnshire. Drop off old, unwanted shoes of all types, brands and sizes at: the Lincolnshire Public Works facility 205 Schelter Road; Daniel Wright Middle School, 1370 N. Riverwoods Road; Half Day School, 239 Olde Half Day Road; Laura B. Sprague School, 2425 Riverwoods Road. All shoes are accepted except inline roller skates, ice skates and winter boots.
